Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinating directly with the customer and regional sales offices to determine the scope of work.
Design of PEB Buildings using MBS and Staad. Pro.
Preparation of detailed estimates of PEB buildings and bidding documents.
Once quotation becomes a job, making approval design including connection design and preparing detailed approval drawing.
Attending Client based meetings for approval from the government Authority.
Conversant with international codes (AISC, AISI, IBC, MBMA & UBC etc. (for Seismic & Wind Load Analysis).
Some of the Prestigious Projects:
• J-AE2-1766 Hazardous Materials Warehouse in Dubai World Central, Dubai UAE. This project is 350MT Warehouse 14000m2 built-up areas in Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings. This building designed with 7 Multi Gable Frames MG-7. Four Gable are separated with individual columns in between the columns there are 2hr fire rated 200mm thick partition Blockwall. This structure is having Jack beams, canopy and parapets. These building primary members are designed with cementitious fire proof paint load.
• J-AE3-1932 Ajman Showroom & Warehouses, Ajman, UAE. This project is 1760MT (This Building Length is Half Kilometer) Car Showroom and Warehouses 30, 320m2 built up area in Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings. This Structure having Mezzanine, Roof Platform and Walkway.
• J-IQ2-2057 Additional Development of Luhais & Subba Oil fields, Basra IRAQ. This project is 550MT Gas Compressor and Booster Blowers Shed, Oil Recycle Pump Shed and Chemical Injection Shed etc…9000m2 built-up area in Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings. This structure is having 15MT Crane, platforms and Cable tray.
• J-SA3-1963 Construction of Infrastructure and Building for Defense Force Phase 1, Jubail SAUDI ARABIA. This project is 3600MT Vehicle and Equipment Service Building, Weapons Storage Buildings, General Warehouses1, 2, 3 and Parking Shed etc... 13000m2 built-up area in Hot Rolled Steel Sections. This structure is having G+1 Floor, 20MT Crane, Mezzanine, Equipments, truss and parapets.
• J-SA1-1932 Gantry Cranes, Riyadh, SAUDI ARABIA. This project is 150MT Gantry Crane. Crane supporting structure which is located inside an existing building and is totally independent structure.
Quantities take off for steel in footings, columns, tie beams and slabs.
Attending meetings with Consultants and Clients.
Finalizing the Subcontractors for Electrical and Mechanical works.
Planning the sequential execution of work.
Releasing bills and payments for the subcontractors.
Periodic visit to site for checking the quality and status of the project.
