 Review and Monitor hiring process recommending best fit solutions as per client’s requirements.
 Sourced candidates for roles directly via job boards, CV databases, referrals / word of mouth / networking & Headhunting.
 Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions through advertisements, portals, references and headhunting.
 Experienced in sourcing and hiring of engineers, supervisors, managers, technicians, operators, IT
professionals and all other related positions for different clients in upstream and downstream Oil & Gas
 Some key clients include Ministry of Education, ADNOC, ADNOC Offshore (ADMA, ZADCO), ADNOC Onshore (ADCO), ADNOC LNG (ADGAS), Gas Development Company Ltd. (Al Hosn Gas), Al Yasat Petroleum, Al Dhafra Petroleum, Fertil, ADNOC SOURGAS (GASCO), ADNOC Refinery (TAKREER), ADNOC (NDC), ADOC etc.
 Experiences in sourcing and hiring medical positions such as Physicians, Allied Health, Nursing and Admin/Support for government and private hospitals and make sure that they are qualified in the Healthcare PQR.
 Coordinate local and overseas recruitment campaigns under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager.
 Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies to fill vacancies.
