Presently working as Consultant Prosthodontist and taking care of Crown & Bridge patients apart from Cast partial denture treatments to patient visiting Confident Dental Care (https://www.confidentdentalcare.in) where associated with Chief Prosthodontist who owns this center and proudly accredited with NABH, India. Also continuing with previous dental center as a Chief Clinical Consultant for the Dental Practice, treating dental patients and working with the other Dental Super-specialties while taking up comprehensive complete oral care.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN THE PAST 4 YEARS: (From 6th February, 2013 till 5th February, 2017)
Established the Out Patient Department (OPD) to stream line the inflow of patients needed for BDS - Students training and serve the freely as per the NCAAA (now EEC-HES) standards. Redesigned and managed to serve with the team work of Dental Assistants, Clinical Supervisors and various departments like CSSD, Radiology, Dental Supplies and Technical Maintenance of equipment along with Infection control protocols.
Consultant Prosthodontist - Implantologist: As a clinician treating Prosthodontic cases, advising comprehensive full mouth rehabilitation planning, counseling for dental implants options and preparing the team members with committed approach for utmost patient acceptance seeking power leverage of word of mouth.

RESPONSIBILITIES: As the head of the institution apart from teaching, worked as consultant dental specialist with total dental super specialties to serve the local patients in the OPD, to improve the quality of oral health services at nominal fees, as per the Dental Council of India (DCI) guide lines and Ministry of Health (MOH). Training the junior staff and motivating the assistants to stay for long term association and improve standard of quality life of local visiting patients
