Acted as Construction Manager for SGD project EPC Package 2 and 3. Manage all 4 Unit total Piping Erection Inch Dia 252000, Support Fabrication and Pre-Commissioning including Sand Blasting, Painting, Insulation, Spools Transportation. Deftly coordinated with client and sub-contractors.
• Assisting the Construction Lead to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to budget.
• Participation in constructability reviews to optimise construction safety and efficiency.
• Participation in Risk Assessments to establish Project Risk Registers.
• Reviewing construction work packages and ensuring construction work is carried out in accordance to the issued scope of work while adhering to the agreed HSE plan, quality plan and schedule.
• Assisting in the tender technical bid evaluations, in co-operation with the Projects Team.
• Ensuring the construction interfaces and coordination are managed efficiently, facilitating the swift resolution of any technical queries at site.
• Review and approval of Method Statements and Job Safety Analysis.
• Ensuring that all Permit to Work requirements are followed.

Performed as Construction Manager for Gas Co. Project. Managed all site construction activities (56”@48” GRE/GRV Pipelines and Valve Chamber Maintenance Pit, excavation of pipe trench, etc.).
