• Migration of NBD’s Core Banking system (Capbanc) to new Core system (FNS BANCS). Design and development scripts/programs in SQL/PL-SQL, COBOL, Pro-COBOL, Unix, Power Builder, and D2k for the migration of data from existing Core System (Capbanc) to new Core system (FNS BANCS). Development of test scripts and procedures for the migration of data. Test and implement conversion programs.
• Post implementation production support. Analysis and fixing of post implementation issues. Developed data analysis and data fix programs. Designed and developed data extraction programs from the production Core system to staging area ODSA for various reports and data analysis. Design and development of various reports as per user requirements.
• Developed and support of various Interfaces to FNS BANCS.
• Install and configure SQL Server, Windows NT, Oracle and other applications on banks Branch Server and Central Server for BA (Branch Automation System - The teller application which is the front-end system for end-users to perform online Bank transactions). Install and configure Windows NT, Oracle Client, Branch Automation System and other applications on workstations at branches and main office.
• Supporting of Branch Automation System for user acceptance test. Upgrading Branch Automation system with new releases at branches of National Bank of Dubai.
• Designed, developed and installed Business Continuity System using RM Cobol. (This system handles Banks daily financial and non-financial transactions when the existing Capbanc/NCR mainframe system is not operational.).
Development and modification of Financial Applications, Billing System, Airline Reports, Inbound/Outbound Tour System, Agents Ticket Sale/Refund System, Stock Reports, Sales Statistics, etc on RM Cobol under Unix, Oracle and Developer 2000.
Rental Agreement/Invoice System for Rent A Car LLC. Work Order, Repair Order of Vehicles, Rental report, Vehicle history reports (Vehicle Consumption, Availability, Rates, Rental Income), Depreciation etc on RM Cobol under Unix and Oracle.
Conversion of Cobol programs for Y2K.
