Project: LRT( Light Rail Transit) Lusail City.
• Preparing the construction schedule for ongoing site activity based on the forecast.
• Close monitoring the construction activity and safe work environment and guide the Engineer on site.
• Preparing the meeting schedule with subcontractor and give the target date for the activity.
• Implementing the safe work procedure prior to start the activity.
• Preparing the daily activity report and site progress report to construction manager.
• Checking on going activity like water proofing, formwork, concreting, scaffolding etc.
• Checking the work carried out according to method of statement.
• Puss the subcontractor activity.
• Schedule the construction activity weekly basis and monthly basis and
• Check the details in shop drawing as per IFC and Project specification.
• Organize the manpower according to the schedule.
• The drawing follow-up for progressive construction activity.
• Check the rebar detail before installation in line with shop drawing.
• Prepare the Daily activity production report.
• Prepare the Inspection Request as per ITP and follow the sequence as per ITP.
• Follow-up the subcontractor activity and monitor each activity.
• Supervising the construction activity as per Method of statement and ITP also implement the HSE plan and procedure.
• Check the Delivered structural steel element as per ITP requirement.
• Supervise the structural steel erection activity and check the entire Erected steel Element as per shop Drawing and IFC design intent.
• Each construction activity begins each day with START.
• Supervise the sub-structure and superstructure construction activity and follow up as per master schedule.
• Supervising the Architectural finish concrete structure.(FC15 System 4&5) and Exterior Facade.
• Prepare the schedule incorporate all MEP activity prior to start the work.
• From 2008 March working as Civil Engineer,
• Checking design detail of concrete structure detail including, checking Shop Drawing as per IFC Detail and Design detail of Rebar.
• Allocating manpower and the machinery as per program schedule.
• Excavation and backfill execution as per QCS.
• Site Rebar Layout inspection, coordinating the design issue with Consultant and Structural designer.
• Checking the structural steel shop drawing and related connection detail as per Design requirement.
• Review fabrication report, material allocation and its mill certificate as per QP approved vender list.
• Erection sequence as per method of statement and HSE plan.
• Preparing progress report on daily basis and weekly basis.
• Coordinating and supervising the Erection work.
• Site inspection for all executed structure steel including connection detail as per the design shop drawing and alignment of member.
• Visual Inspection for site welding, coordinating third party welding test.
• Coordinating the all design issue with consultant and Structural designer.
From 2004 to2005 working as production Engineer, 2005 to February 2008 working as Section Engineer for the above diversified group. The workforce including coordinating and scheduling all activities associated with the review of assembly and Inspection of Structural connection. In addition to the above I am also responsible for the overall site supervision erection work and coordinating with the site engineers and the site general foreman.
