Duration : October’22 to till date . Synopsis:
 Contract Administration for all projects including Infrastructure and Facility Management Projects in both Airports (Dubai and Al Maktum). Currently there is 16 ongoing Projects and 20 Projects are on close out stage.
Role:
 Responsible for Contractual correspondence with Contractors and Employer, preparation and follow up of the Change Orders approval from the Employer, review of the Claims submitted by the Contractors and send recommendation to the Employer, recommendation for TOC & DLC and participate in weekly progress meeting and contractual meetings with Employer/Contractors.

Contract Management
 Good Knowledge of FIDIC and its application within the context of infrastructure & Building projects.
 Suggestions on contractual implications of intended courses of action
 Negotiating with clients representatives, sub-contractors and other consultants
 Effective contract writing skills, including knowledge of contracts terminology and development along with contracts practices and procedures.
 Able to recognize desirable contract terms and provisions, and identify areas and incidents of noncompliance with existing contracts.


Quantity Surveying & Cost Engineering
 Preparing complete conceptual and final estimates input, interact with Client, Architect/Engineer to resolve technical matters during negotiation.
 Reviewing contract conditions, specifications, preparation of Bill of quantities, variation orders, revised estimations, Rate Analysis, issue of delay notices and preparation of claims for costs, overview of invoicing and cash collection within the division.
 Managing the bidding process from floating of bids to awarding of sub contracts; coordinating with bidders with regard to negotiations.
 Ensuring execution of various commercial activities within set time, quality and terms in conditions of Contract.
 Conducting performance measurement, variance analysis, trend analysis and risk identification / analysis; conducting work study & productivity analysis.
 Generating periodic status & cost reports for apprising management of project progress.
 Reviewing and analyzing contract financial data for facilitating development & proceedings.
 Keeping record of all the back charges imputable to vendors or any third party agency.
 Reviewing data to determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists, compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for managing purpose, such as planning, organizing and scheduling works by using Primavera 3.1.
