Main role as Enterprise Sales Manager is to acquire and build valuable and lasting relationship with internally defined enterprise clients that comprise mostly of banks, stock authorities, money exchange houses and other financial entities, then government institutions and large retail chains. Role also includes defining and implementing sales strategies, adjusting the approach to ever changing market trends and proposing customized mobile communication solutions to the clients.
Started at Infobip working wholesale sector with main role identification, hunt and acquiring new clients with focus of resellers and aggregators as the most valuable ones.
Role required establishing the sales and marketing department, building the team, procurement and sales of products in the distribution line, putting Saudi Ajwaa as a leading distributor of health related products in KSA, as well as acquiring and building lasting relationships with the customers.
All rounded role, initially requiring doing market related analysis, building the case for the company to establish itself in KSA as a leading provider of telecommunication equipment, office management and so on.
ZEDA is a local government economic development agency of Municipality of Zenica. Stationed in department for economic relation and entrepreneurship, role required participation in day to day administrative tasks, participation in preparation of development projects, translation/interpretation services, various reporting, customer care where necessary.
Role required extensive research of Islamic banking and finance related matters and market trends, reporting on the same, preparation of promotional materials, watch of various finds' performance, office tasks. As a first work experience, I consider it extremely valuable in teaching me ins and outs of business world, expectations etc.
