Project execution from Contract to Closing. Controlling of Budget, SCope, Time and quality. Responsible of all suppliers and personnel working within the project. Reporting periodically to Directors and Stakeholders. Key customers include but not limited to Coke, Pepsi, Nestle etc within the beverage industry. Project scope include packaging, processing and service equipment. Experence in all project and design software, including SAP, Autocad, microsoft projects etc.

Worked on Packaging and processing equipment sold to various customers across africa. Complete project management from pre-contract to closing. Worked with all types of stakeholders and suppliers. worked in WCM methodologies and TPM. Served as maintenance manger for a period during my stay at Tetrapak incharge of projects and running of the daily activities in the Factory. This position was part of senior management within the factory management. Experience on all forms of reports, planing programs, scheduling programs and design software for projects and maintenance.
