- Full support pre and post Go-Live with change management and SAP access/authorization matters.
- Development and management of a non-SAP market approach and enhanced changed plan to successfully deploy new processes and the SAP platform in non-SAP markets.

communicating changes (successfully implemented reorganizations in Marketing function in 2010 and 2011).
- Drove performance appraisals, salary reviews, talent reviews and succession planning process for the organization.
- Supported managers with internal communication at various levels of organization to make sure that the corporate messages
are recognized and shared by the employees.
- Partnered with the business and HR stakeholders to develop/improve Company people and reward-related processes and
approaches (performance management, development planning, relocation process review, pay tiers review, etc.).
- Partnering with the management regarding the analysis of org health indicators and development of actions plans.
- Ensuring full compliance with the Russian labour law and the corporate code of conduct in the function.
