Managed the Middle East recruitment due to the company operations’ unexpected growth in 2013. I am responsible for its end-to-end recruitment process, developing recruitment policies and procedures, meeting with hiring managers and clients on recruitment requirement, providing regular recruitment status updates and developing recruitment plan. I also take part in the projects on tender stage, providing input on salaries and candidates required for the positions included in the tender.
Talent Acquisition Lead for Qatar projects of AECOM. End-to-end recruitment process including meeting with hiring managers on manpower requirement and providing regular and timely manpower status updates.
Provided recruitment support to UAE and Saudi Arabian projects.

Led and managed Saudi recruitment from the Dubai office. Hill International has 9 live projects all over Saudi Arabia during my tenure.

The role included a mix of recruitment and HR admin functions namely maintaining the hospital recruitment email accounts, acknowledging and responding to emails and letters concerning applications, inquiries on candidates’ status, hiring procedures, employment offers, benefit packages, departmental policies, etc. Covered for Recruitment Specialists on leave. Prepared weekly
recruitment report for senior management, hospital departments, HR department staff and recruitment agents. Regular review and update of vacancy list in the hospital website. Took minutes of monthly section meetings in the absence of the department secretary. Together with the HR Director, represented HR
department in various hospital committee. Reviewed and updated Department and Recruitment Section policies and procedures. Periodic review and update of the job descriptions of the HR department. Prepared new job descriptions of new positions when required and submitted for the approval of the HR Director. Conducted survey of salaries and benefits in the local market
and prepared comparative reports during the periodic review of the hospital salary scale and benefits. Reviewed recruitment services proposals. Responsible for preparing the HR department annual report.
Responsibilities included recruitment of Filipino workers to clients in Saudi Arabia, Taiwan and UAE. Reviewed applications and CVs, interviewed and pre-qualified candidates for open positions. Prepared reports for employers(clients) and coordinated the schedule of interviews of shortlisted candidates.
Reported to the Director of Manila branch office of a Japanese company engaged in trading water purification equipment. The company ceased operation by end of 2000 due to financial difficulties.
Short term contract during the XVth Biennial Lawasia Conference
and the 7th Conference of the Chief Justices of Asia and the Pacific. Duties included meeting with embassy representatives, Supreme Court Officers and Lawasia main office representatives in Australia regarding the planning and coordination of the physical and technical requirements of the conference.
