-Define the IT landscape
-Consult and support the key business partners on all IT related aspects

- Lead the management of the department’s resources in an efficient and effective manner.
- Plan, manage and control the IT Budget (Capex and Opex), ensure efficient usage of the budget
- Implement demand, incident and problem management (CISM)
- Define the IT master landscape
- Design the IT-Strategy in accordance with HQ strategy and aligned with the business units
- Monitor and track of IT Projects, support and consult in processes, IT applications, systems and services with business partners. Meeting deadlines and staying within budget (SAP/Cofico, ESS Symphony, IDIS, FMP)
- Consulting and supporting the key business partners on all IT questions
- Supervise and monitor the IT operation
- Support and ensure implementation of global infrastructure projects and new IT / CoC systems
- Control / negotiation on compliance and quality of delivery of the agreed SLA & OLA
- Supervise implementation of IT Security concepts, , ensure IT Security and Data Protection Standards
- Personnel management: provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to IT staff, task allocation
- Ensuring the smooth running of all of applications
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Evaluation, analysis and documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirement specifications
- 10 DMS (Dealer management system) installation and support
- Active roll in DMS workshops
- AS/400 Setup, integration with other systems
- CL programming, DDS modification, RPG II programs modification
- Application development: Local Intranet (PHP, ASP.NET), vehicle sales application (SQL, VB), Customs control and Chemicals reporting (MS Access), Workshop follow up (VBA, CL)
- Support aftersales SW implementation project.
- Execution and control project with regard to time and quality.
- Creation of business requirement documents.
- Coordination between internal departments, sectors/divisions and external stakeholders.
- Collecting and reporting KPI values on regular basis.
- Support for digital communication system
- Development and maintenance of application for follow-up of all communication devices
- Test the application.
