To manage and grow a portfolio of Business Finance Liability relationships by meeting or exceeding budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards as detailed in the policy guidelines through strong relationship management skills, effective service delivery.
• Manage an existing liability portfolio by achieving a mandated revenue month on month as per the key performance indicators (KPI).
• Ensure the increment of liability book size month on month as instructed by the franchise.
• Increase forex revenue on a monthly basis and work closely with the treasury team.
• Ensure proper handling of customer complaints, identify the causes and take corrective actions to resolve the complaints.
• Ensure on boarding of quality and profitable clients to the franchise and perform proper due diligence appropriately whenever required.
• Assist the clients for all their day to day banking needs like remittance, forex requirements etc.
• Identify potential clients for secured facilities like LC, LG, Over draft etc.
• To visit the companies and make candidature analysis with the help of bank statements, audited financial report, business profile etc.
• To ensure that clients conform to Bank’s compliance criteria.
