Volunteered/Leading a membership committee for MIT Spouses and Partners Group. A group formed for the partners/spouses of students/Post Docs/ Employees and other relevant associated with MIT.
Established in 1978 as a real estate company for the purpose of development and managing prime real estate properties in Kuwait. Taameer is a KSE listed real estate hospitality company with primary focus in retail/hospitality projects (developed or to be developed), franchising, management of hotels, hotel apartments and serviced apartments, Food & Beverage. Geographic focus areas being Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, GCC, Turkey, Jordan and Libya.
To provide support and work closely with Investment team in all activities which will help them managing current portfolio of investments primarily real estate
Conducts in-depth analysis and research of existing and potential opportunities across other sectors.
Feasibility Studies for new realty opportunities
Responsible for setting up process, templates and other reporting mechanisms.
Responsible for preparing all management presentations and conducting project research from scratch.
Handle property valuations, review annual budgets, conduct annual Asset Strategy Reviews, assists in securing refinancing & managing debt related issues for office and Industrial properties in a real estate fund.
Part of a core team of 10 strong structured products group, which provided financial decision making packages to Investment Banks, REITs and other institutional investors
