• Preparation and audit of QA/QC data for MEW and Head Office analysis.
• Review of quality policies and practices, procedures, training records, handling of critical equipment, materials traceability, handling non-conforming product and materials, documents,
• Prepare internal audits and surveillance.

• Maintenance of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems at DWPS.

• Lead a team of maintenance personnel to perform predictive/ scheduled/ emergency/ breakdown maintenance of all types of fire alarm and fire fighting systems. Allocation of work/ technical instruction to team and perform a checklist of all the tasks executed with regards to commercial part of the contract.
• Planning of work force utilization, training of personnel, development of spare and day-to-day report regarding ongoing plant activities and upcoming projects and integration with existing system.
• Setting up of technical specification for fire alarm and fire fighting systems up gradation.
• Coordinating and project interfacing with clients, OEMs, vendors, contractors and management personals.
• Preparation and review of technical documents like tender specifications, evaluation, procurement order, job procedures and other design, erection documents.
• Preparation of RFQ, RFM and purchase orders for new and existing contracts.
• Planning of scope of work for yearly contracts and revision of existing work schedules and contracts.
• Streamlining of site administration and procedural hurdles.
• Attending meetings with MEW for progress related and problem resolutions.
• Maintenance of Gas turbine, scrubber and related auxiliaries.
• Modification and replacement of instruments located at the boiler end of the plant.
• FEED of optical fiber network project which is an annual sub of DEPS 5 year project cum contract.
• Lead a team of maintenance personnel to perform predictive/scheduled/emergency/breakdown maintenance of all types of process/analytical instruments and control systems.

• Identify systematic problems and/or recommend opportunities for improvement that will eliminate or reduce problems in the field.
• Engage the Escalation Desk to solve the outages occurring worldwide in respect with services, products and critical networks,
• Recommend modifications to existing procedures or new procedures that will improve the overall operation of the Service Desk Team.

PROJECTS DONE: MINI PROJECT titled AUTOMATION OF PRESSURE COOKER was carried out. The pressure cooker was timed to automatically stop cooking by presetting it with the known number of whistles required to cook an item. An 89C51 microcontroller was used to control the system. MAIN PROJECT titled VIBRATION MONITORING SYSTEM was carried out at Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project at Kudankulam in Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu. A study of the vibration monitoring system installed at KKNPP was carried out. SEMINAR TAKEN: Seminar titled FIELD IDENTIFICATION OF UNKNOWN GASES AND VAPORS VIA IR SPECTROSCOPY.
