 Handling the customer at Check in counter verifying the travel document such as passport, visa, ID card, resident permits, extensions for visa, tickets and vaccination card. etc
 Check in passenger and baggages with in the weight limit and giving boarding pass and tagging the baggage at the counter and asking security questions.
 Transfering passenger for the next day flight when there are overbooking, cancellation and giving compensations and forwarding the passenger to the hotel for overnight stay and also telling passenger if there any delays.
 Handling the delayed, misconnection, deportees customer by issuing a hotel vocher
 Handling the customer at the boarding gate verifying the travel document such as passport, visa, ID card, resident permits, extensions for visa, tickets(paper ticket or electronic) and vaccination card. etc
 Taking count the actual traveling passengers and crosschecking it with the checked in passengers and boarded passengers
 By printing the passengers manifest and the collected passengers paper ticket, sealing it and send it to accounting.
 Handling the customer at the time of connecting to an other flight by checking passengers and giving them there boarding pass and telling them to which gate they must go to. etc
 Handling the customer at the baggage clam desk, when ever passengers has left behind or lost baggage a file has to be open by using world tracer to trace and to check where the baggage is and see if the station has sent any messages for fallow up
 Handling the passengers phone call what ever enquires they have about the baggage or other information.
 Calling passengers to inform them there baggage has arrived and to come and collect it.
 Handling compensation for the passenger due short tagging and lost, damaged, and finally left behind baggage.
 Registering and accepting lost and found valuable items.
