Liaises with Technical unit for development of Standard Operating Procedures for smooth operations of equipment

Assisted with the introduction of weekly servicing of Purifiers across fleet which remedied injector failures experienced in Engines.
Outstanding leadership Award to one of Tamrose Vessels for compliance with fuel management objectives (noticeable reduction in fuel consumption in litres per nautical mile (LPNM) by Marine Department of Exxon Mobil. This was achieved because of my remote monitoring of fleet to ensure engagement of fuel economy mode 6knots and above.

• Modification and supervision of existing conveyor system for urea bagging and transportation.
• Revamp of Gas turbine for power production within and outside the company.
• Installation of sprinklers at neutralization basin to aid in ph level control of liquid waste discharging into the river.
• Design, preparation of bill of quantity and implementation pipe routing of waste water line from a point source to neutralization basin.
• Inspection of a super heater tubes for package boilers for hardness/ strength using a TH106 digital equipment.
• Maintenance and repair of package boiler (stationary pressure vessel) for steam production.
• Maintenance of heat exchangers for refrigerant coolers and lube oil coolers.
• Export conveyor modification and rehabilitation.
• Design and fabrication of ship loader conveyor for product loading and off-loading.
• Design, modification and installation of co2 pipe line for neutralization at neutralization basin.
ACCOMPOLISHMENTS
Supervised the rehabilitation of existing export conveyor systems. This facilitates the loading of products from ware house to ships. This project has led to cost savings via reduction in ship demurrage at the jetty and increase in the products loading rates experienced in the organization.
Part of the team that designed and installed sprinklers in Neutralization and Discharge Equalization basins to assist in PH control of effluent before its discharge into aquatic surrounding bodies. This has led to a constant balance aquatic ecosystem located closet to the production facilities, prevention of litigations from host communities.
Assisted in the successful dismantling of MW251 gas turbine for its freight to Belgium for inspection and repairs. Cost savings was achieved via project planning and monitoring.
Assisted in design and execution of a recycling system for synthesis gas to be vented to be re-introduced back into 103J (Synthesis gas compressor turbine). Energy efficiency in ammonia production plant is now optimal because of this project. This has also reduced the rate of gas flared into the atmosphere which depletes the ozone layer as well as creates air pollution to the barest minimum.
