Plan and orchestrate V.I.P. visits, ceremonies, meetings and special events.
• Establish and maintain good relations with members of Royal family and assist
them with any queries.
• Know all preferences and royal members and ensure service meets and exceed
their expectations
• Design custom made trainings for employees in a weakly basses, ensure
they have all necessary skills to perform in terms of government protocol
requirements and standards
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual
appeal according to health and diet restrictions of royal members
• Organizing in house and outside events, parties, ceremonies (up to 200
people)
• Cost control and ensure all expenses are not exceeding the budget
• Ensure all protocol amenities are properly arranged (gifts, correspondence,
flowers)
• Responsible for all orders, follow up payments and delivery
• Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all
employees of the assigned outlet follow the example.
• Act as a Manager in duty in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
• To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in
regards to the palace policy on Fire, Hygiene, and Health & Safety.
• To assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment
and suppliers
• Assist in producing reports and analysis of performance, attend in the monthly
performance meeting handle all correspondence.
