Working in Facility Management of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, KAUST. Analyzing space utilization, space inventory management, develop conceptual design options, and conduct strategic long-term space planning.
Work closely with Building Maintenance and Janitorial Team during new projects execution and furniture instillation.

Managing design of various new projects and site developments in Qatar: select suitable consultants, review their credentials, review design submittals and coordinating project development through design stages. Conduct Project progress meetings with Multi-Disciplined Consultant Team, organize and manage completion of deliverables for all project development phases, maintain Project records.

Zoning and site data analysis. Consulted with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of the project. Involved in project planning and Schematic Design. Dealt with city authority on every project through the office. Prepared project presentation and reports. Communicated and worked well with others, delegated tasks, and coordinated projects with consulting team players. Provided the first point of contact for clients and consultants. Conducted on-site observation during construction and assisted clients with Construction Administration.
