Professional development: Presented topics to graduate trainee teachers, students, peers and senior academic staff.
Continuous improvement: Facilitated focus groups to improve workflow process and content for curriculum, administration and assessment delivery.
Academic Accreditation Committee (2019): Proofread documents for their quality initiative.
Student Service Unit activities: Taught yoga and power breathing to help students perform better in their studies.

Implement assessment activities and assess students’ assessment
Develop learning and teaching materials
Assess learners for competency in knowledge- - Identify learning gaps in the class room and supplement training resources
Assist students with study skills such as: exam skills, research skills, time management, memory techniques, speed reading and comprehension, critical thinking, note taking, presentation etc.
Develop and implement a handy induction document for overseas employees
Liaise with community members and engage in program promotion
