Conducting and distributing project-specific research related to prospects that market sectors.
o Tracking and capturing new opportunity from exciting client others and develop. (UAE) TRANSCO, SEWA, ADWEA, FEWA MERASS, ALSTROM, ADDC, AADC, ADWEC Masdar, GASCO, ADMA-OPCO, ADCO, DEWA, DUBAL, Nakheel, EMAAR, Saipem, Stevin Rock and many more. (QATAR) FACILITY E, KAHRAMAA, Mesaieed Power, Qatar Rail, Qatar Steel, Qatar Petroleum (BAHRAIN) EWA of Bahrain, and developers like Amar Holding, etc. (Oman) OETC, (LEBANON) EDL, MEoW, UNDP, CDR, etc., (PAKISTAN) NTDC MULTAN, Jordan IE IPP3, and many more.
o Prepare Bids Dashboard(CRM) report monthly for Business Planning.
o Research and build relationships with new clients.
o Business development responsibilities include assisting Division’s Director/ Programme Director in developing business opportunities like conferences, exhibitions and contact management.
o Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
o Preparing PowerPoint presentations for the proposal
o Manage logistics of responses and pitches, including arranging meetings and coordinating with other departments.
o Responsible for collecting RFP from Client, respond towards RFP and registration with prospect client and liaison with other departments. Follow up with potential clients and address their hesitations or concerns.
o Reading and analysing, requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for quotation RFQs distribute RFP, associated materials, and ensure that all updates, amendments, and modifications are communicated across the proposal development team.
o Respond to client Expression of Interest and prepare for Pre-Qualification requirements.
o Prepare pipeline reports to the management weekly and monthly to prepare for a business planning.
o Liaise with the Project Directors and Business Unit Manager to prepare a proposal plan that meets the objectives of the proposal budget and timeline, maintain a current library of frequently used documents and standard responses.
