Job responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, screening and targeting candidates from various recruitment portals.
- Conducting initial interview calls and briefing candidates.
- Preparing cover sheets of potential candidates.
- Updating the records of candidates on the database.
- Market and client research as requested by the senior management.
Job responsibilities included:
- Collecting, consolidating and analyzing of strategic updates, country managers’ reports and PSS (Purchase, Sales, & Stocks) reports on a monthly basis.
- Comparing actuals vs. budget for each country manager monthly.
- Preparation of country managers’ KPI report in discussion with sales managers.
- Assistance in managing client and staff related events and trips.
- Following up with agencies and payment related work.
- Involved in development of photography workshops in several African countries.
- Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned by senior sales and marketing coordinator.
Verified passenger details before they boarded the cruise ship, matched them against the ticket details and raised any discrepancies. I developed good time management skills because I had to screen large numbers of customers over a short period of time. This also helped me to improve focus in the workplace and maintain attention to detail.
Approached individuals at the field location, explained survey objectives and asked questions to obtain specific information. Collected and tabulated survey results based on quotas - age groups, nationality, profession, etc.
