uses different applications to track stores, franchisees, contracts and manage store life cycle and asset actions (opening, closings, relocations etc.). These applications are independently used by YRI Development, Legal and Operations teams resulting in duplicate and redundant data. FITS is used by Stores Development team to manage projects on stores, CHAMPS Alignment Tool is used by Operations team to align stores to coaches and use store attributes for quality audits and FACTS Legal is used by Legal team to track contracts, legal information and renewal dates. The existing legacy systems are at the end of their life cycle, not integrated into a single source of truth, and the lack of a centralized data store makes it difficult to drive YRI's asset growth through insightful analysis.

It is envisaged that the new application will combine existing functionalities from these multiple applications into a common platform, add additional functionalities from different markets and be process centric. A centralized system would enable better analysis; improve the accuracy and timeliness of market data provided to YRI Corporate, and enable monitoring of asset standards. Currently only about 55% of the required data can be captured by existing systems. Instead of enhancing multiple legacy systems to enable additional functionality, a new system will be built to replace existing data entry functions and feed Data warehouse and other systems downstream. This will be a central platform used by Legal, Operations, and Development teams to capture and report critical store asset information.

Farmer’s is one of the largest and most respected insurance brands in the United States. It leads the industry in insuring specialty products it has grown to be a leading provider of liability and physical damage insurance - focusing exclusively on private passenger vehicles across the United States.

Farmers further enhance the scope of the existing application by replacing the FNOL application built on Siebel with the Pega application. Pega application minimizes required knowledge of underlying claims systems, flexible enough to quickly add/change business units and companies and utilizes a standard process flow for all lines of business

This project is to provide an intuitive, interactive First Notice of Loss (FNOL) application that allows the Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to streamline the FNOL process while obtaining more accurate and relevant facts for the loss report. The application would direct the FNOL, based on the policy details, to the appropriate Claims Processing application the focus will be on the integration with Farmers Insurance claims processing systems (CRN).

The application will use scripting through a logical set of questions for the loss being reported. Answers to the questions will determine the next appropriate question to display to the end user through the use of Business Rules. Additionally, the answers to the questions will drive the system actions such as which units should be created, how to assign the units, and when to launch specific vendor programs.

I am involved with the End to end integration testing of FNOL pega application.
