Identify potential suppliers, gather information, prepare RFQ’s and obtain quotes, Evaluate suppliers and lead in negotiation and other commercial terms.
Analysis of data and prepare reports on supplier performance, inventory details and cost information for taking corrective action.

New supplier selection & Sourcing for commodities viz. Casting, Machined parts and Special process
Castings Handled viz. Aluminum (GDC/PDC), Cast Iron / SG Iron, Steel castings, Carbon Steel Castings.
Responsible for Casting, Special Process, Machined Components Procurement & Costing and Negotiations.
Analyzing the Supply Vs Demand to avoid Excess inventory.
Monitoring the price trends & periodically revising the prices in Purchase contract.
Implementation of vendor managed inventory (VMI) and Two Bin System.

Machine Operator/setter - CNC Turning center
Supporting Cylindrical Grinding shop
