• Reviewed and approved hydrostatic and pneumatic test procedures as per ASME Sec. VIII Div.1 &
ASME B31.3.
• Verified test boundaries, NDT/PWHT clearances, and calibration of gauges and relief devices before
testing.
• Ensured proper installation of blinds, vents, drains, and test caps per approved isometrics and test
packages.

• Perform all coating and painting QC inspections as per approved ITP, Quality Plan, and
international standards (SSPC, NACE, ISO 8501 / 12944).
• Review and prepare coating procedures, paint systems, and technical data sheets as per client and
project requirements.
• Ensure all inspection instruments (DFT gauge, hygrometer, surface comparator, dew point meter,
holiday detector, etc.) are calibrated and certified prior to use.
• Inspect and verify blasting abrasives, surface cleanliness, roughness profile (using replica
tape/profile gauge), contamination level per SSPC-SP10 / SA 2.5, verifying dust and salt
contamination (Bresle test)
• Check ambient conditions air temperature, steel temperature, relative humidity, and dew point to
confirm suitability for coating application.
• Verify coating material shelf life, batch numbers, and storage conditions, ensuring compliance with
manufacturers recommendations.
• Witness and monitor paint mixing, thinning, induction, and application methods (airless spray,
brush, or roller) as per data sheet and procedure.
• Ensure stripe coating on welds, edges, and corners before main application and monitor recoat
intervals within specified pot life and curing times.
• Measure Wet Film Thickness (WFT) during application and Dry Film Thickness (DFT) after curing
using Elcometer or equivalent, ensuring results within tolerance.
• Conduct and witness adhesion (cross-hatch) tests, holiday/pinhole tests for linings, and visual
inspection for runs, sags, cracks, or poor finish.
• Verify coating color, gloss, and surface finish match client specification and approved standards.
• Monitor weather conditions throughout coating activity to ensure compliance with the approved
climatic range.
• Review and endorse batch certificates, paint mixing records, DFT logs, environmental condition
reports, and calibration certificates.
• Inspect painting/coating on pressure vessels, piping, structural steel, storage tanks, and GRE
systems, ensuring full compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain coating logbooks, environmental records, batch certificates, and calibration documents.
• Prepare and sign Coating Inspection Reports, Punch Lists, and Coating Release Notes, ensuring all
hold points are witnessed by QA/QC, TPI, and client.
• Review and compile final coating documentation, including inspection reports, photos, DFT charts,
and environmental logs for final dossier submission.
• Conduct toolbox talks and coordinate with site engineers, applicators, and QA/QC teams to ensure
coating quality and HSE compliance.

Engaged in the full scope of mechanical assembly and structural erection activities involving pressure vessels, process
piping, valves, and supporting steel structures. Scope covered material identification, fit-up, alignment, tack welding, bolting, and
final assembly in compliance with ASME codes and project specifications. Ensured proper integration of piping and valve systems,
monitored dimensional accuracy, and coordinated with fabrication, welding, and inspection teams to maintain quality and schedule
targets. Involved in hydro test readiness, reinstatement, and final inspection stages, ensuring all mechanical and structural
assemblies met design intent, quality requirements, and safety standards.

accuracy before dispatch.
• Witness load testing of lifting lugs, base frames, and supports ensuring compliance with approved
procedures and design load requirements.

confirmation.
• Conduct final inspection and release of structures after confirming completion of all inspection and
test requirements.
• SKID PACKAGE & ERECTION: -
• Review and verify project specifications, P&ID, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, isometrics,
and skid layout for compliance before fabrication and assembly.
• Ensure all materials, piping components, valves, fittings, instruments, and equipment are received
with valid MTCs, calibration, and inspection certificates.
• Verify equipment (pressure vessels, pumps, exchangers, filters) tagging, nameplates, and orientation
per GA and P&ID.
