Ensuring that all the Fire Fighting installation is carried out with specifications, statutory requirements, laws, rules, regulations and other contractual requirements.. With due regards to safety, operability and maintainability
Responsibilities:
• Managing projects from conception, pre-production through to completion.
• Providing technical support to the project team.
• Discuss with client and management for requirement gathering and creating the specification documents
• BOQ preparations of mini projects.
• Preparation of quotations, variations, substantiations and running bills of concerned projects.
• Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts.
• Responsible for the coordination of workers in different sites.
• Managing project budgets and keeping costs down.
• Keeping track of As built documents for smooth handover of the project.
• Attending the client meeting, representing the firm.
• Ensuring safety and quality as per company standards.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
I have done all piping in Gas plant inlcluding under ground piping(GRE), Chilled water piping, Vessel piping, pump room connections, fire fighting piping .

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate other issues with our Site Construction Manager, Technical Engineer, Document Controller, QA/QC, QS and Procurement.
• Coordinates work with Drafters, Designers.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials;
• Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and bylaws;
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;
• Preparing reports as required;
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
• Ensuring use of latest approved shop drawings for construction at project sites.
• Ensuring inspection of material received at site after receipt
Maintenance of pipe lines in various machines
• Carried out scheduled maintenance, shut down& break down maintenance.
• Conducted repeat repair analysis by why-why method
4 year Bachelor Engineering degree ,specialized in Mechanical Engineering from the well reputed university of India successfully completed in the year of 2010.
