Job Profile / Responsibilities:

-Working as Design Manager for a various project awarded.
-Preparation of Design Management plan for the project.
-To ensure engineering coordination between as well as Client/consultant as well various functional departments within organization such Engineering, Project Execution, Procurement, Fabrication shop, Site etc.
-Responsible for Integration of the process, piping, equipment, civil/structural, instrument, and electrical design requirements during pre-award and post award phase in case of packages
-To ensure execution of all detailed engineering activities within required time frame and project requirements.
-Review of Engineering deliverables to ensure compliance to the technical requirement, project specific requirement, quality requirements, organizational quality procedures etc.
-To conduct various review Meetings such as Design review, Weekly/fortnightly Progress Review etc.
-Attending various review meetings such as client Design review, 3D model review, HAZOP/HAZID, Management review etc.
-Communication with Site personnel to understand various Design/site Issues and providing timely resolution during Construction/Commissioning phase.
-Also worked as Lead mechanical Engineer for various project

Job Profile / Responsibilities:

-Worked as Responsible Engineer for various packages.
-Review of P&IDs and process datasheets.
-Preparation and release of datasheet and RFQ for various package equipment.
-Detailed technical bid evaluation of vendor’s offers and preparation of technical queries.
-Preparation and release of Technical Bid Tabulation of packages.
-Preparation of RFP (Request for procurement) Documents.
-Vendor drawing and document Review during detailed engineering phase.
-Integration of the process, piping, equipment, civil/structural, instrument, and electrical design requirements during pre-award and post award phase in case of packages
-Ensure technical requirements defined in the project specifications are properly incorporated in the engineering deliverables released by self.
-Participation and lead the Bid Conditioning Meeting with vendors for technical finalization, scope compliance and bid evaluation for package units.

• Technical/Engineering Lead for projects. A single point contact for other dept. Mechanical, Process, Electrical & Instrumentation, Projects, Purchase as well as Client/consultant.
• Preparation of pressure drop calculations for pumps.
• Preparation and Review of technical datasheets/specifications(RFQ) for bought out items e.g.-Rotating equipments: Centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, Agitators, Clarifiers, Root Blowers, turbochargers, pressure exchangers, centrifugal fans. Static equipments: Cartridge filters, RO vessels & membranes, heaters, valves, control valves, static mixers, oil water separators, field Instruments misc items etc.
• All Pre-Post order Vendor Correspondence. Vendor offer & drawing evaluation, MFC etc.
• Guiding to draughtsman & Checking Equipment Layout, Piping GA, Support GA, Piping Support, Civil outline dwg for different civil structures like Neutra. pit, civil tanks, Equipments Foundation etc. & miscellaneous drawings.
• Preparation of piping specifications, Painting & Rubber lining specifications, Detail scope of supply for Bought out items.
• Proposal Engineering Support like specification making, Line sizing, MTO preparation, Tender specs reading, PID review etc.
