Inside Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:
A) Sales Functional Role -
•Downloading the leads from B2B portals and forwarding to respective regional sales manager.
•Preparing the quotations and sending to customers as well TSM for further follow-up.
•Submission of RFQ to respective plants then preparation the offer for Indian Customers.
•After order receipt, coordinating with logistic for placing the PO to respective plants and tracking till delivery of material.
•Submitting the proforma invoice to respective customer and collection of payment.
•Coordinating with the finance department for preparation of tax invoices and payment reconciliations.
•Monthly payment follow-up for credit customers and follow-up till receive the dues then updating to finance dept.
•Monthly follow-up for C-Forms and collecting the same before end of financial quarter.
•Updating the MIS, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Quote Trackers and circulating to Management on weekly basis.
•Participating in Business Review Meetings, presenting key customers strategy.
•Tele - calling to customers for their next schedule requirement & maintaining the Ex-stock as per schedule.
B) Marketing Functional Role -
•Segment wise exhibition planning- Exhibition list finalization, coordinating with organizer, completing the stall booking procedure, stall design and vendor finalization,
•Planning for products advertisement in organizer special issues, company profile and product registration in exhibitor directory, invitations preparation and circulation to customers.
•Finalizing the Posters, Flyers, and Articles for display in shows as well advertiser’s magazines. Selection and finalization of giveaways for distribution in respective shows.
•Coordinating for company participation in exhibition conference to promote our products, enhance brand image etc.
•Market research, updating the advertising sources and finalizing the yearly budget plans under support of Marketing Head.
•Releasing the article on new ‘Product Launch’, Technical articles, Write up etc.
•Market research, Email campaigns segment wise for enhance the brand image, lead generations etc.
•Arranging the regional ‘Customer Meet Programs’ under the support of regional sales managers etc.
Key Achievements:
•Implemented the commercial document formats for GIPL- considering GGB indirect as well direct sale transactions.
•Independently handling key customers for GGB India, increased sales by generating leads thru B2B portal.
•Developed the new forwarder considering better services in economical freight charges. It improved company profit margin, on time delivery, response to customer as well saved the freight charges comparing total purchase vs. total freight in year 2011.
•Developed the excellent relations with customer’s as well onshore colleagues that help to get immediate support.
•Successfully initiated the participation in major exhibitions considering to get business from Automotive, Industrial and small industries. Big exhibitions -Excon, Auto Expo., Hydrovision, Automechanika, Bauma etc.
•Developed the new sources for advertisement & branding, printing, exhibition giveaways as well vendor for exhibition uniforms
