• Develop long-term partnerships with customers that result in profitable and sustainable sales/margins.
• Meet regularly with key customer decision-makers to build relationships and ultimately gain support and commitment for products and private label solutions.
• Effective at selling and negotiating with operators, chains and other clients.
• Engage internal company resources, as appropriate, to execute business plans, resolve issues, and deliver timely solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key customer contacts to monitor and expand the relationship; assure internal strategies are linked to customer needs.
• Create, implement and execute annual plans for operator, distributors and targeted customers.
· Assist the Manager in directing the long range strategic planning based on the industry trend and provide support in the collection of outstanding amounts from the customers.
· Responsible for the communication with the customers for orders and preparing the quotations and tender and coordination with the storekeeper for ensuring the stock.
· Coordinate the sales man with the customer and ensure that the goods are delivered in time.
· Valuation of stock.
· Responsible for handling the confidential information and documents related to the department.
· Handling Five Star Hotel, Shipchandlers, Airlines Catering and Chain of Restaurant account .
· Having experience to deal namely Brands like Rainbow Milk, Alpen- Weetabix Cereal, Fontana Juice, Blue Bird Juice, Koelman, Twinings Iced Tea and Starbucks cold coffee Etc.
· Maximizing sales & operation efficiency.
· Managing staff and merchandise to make the most effective use of space, equipment and staffing.
· Assisting the Manager to build and keep a perfect environment in the outlet for the customer to make comfortable shopping and also for coordinating the staff as a team.
· Consistently providing the right service to the customer in the right time.
· Implementing and effectively managing system to exploit commercial opportunities.
Post Graduate Diploma In Marketing Management
