• Responsible for managing overall IT infrastructure for Middle East, Far East & India operations
o Team Management, Server Administration, Active Directory, Backup Management, Data Security, Risk Management, Storage Management and Service Improvements, Asset Management and Supplier Management
• Report on IT resources utilisation, availability and KPI’s
• Managing windows patching globally using SCCM
• Monitor and manage work loads
• Technical and solution support on new projects
• IT infrastructure setup and management to deliver high uptimes of all infrastructure and services.
• Involve in capacity planning, network design, procuring equipment’s, LAN/WAN setup, server installations and service readiness
• Technical support and solution on storage, servers, virtualisation, server operating systems, backup and recovery and also Active Directory
• Performs incident, problem and change management activities for infrastructure services
• Managing Meraki Firewalls and Wi-Fi
• Escalation point for the group’s Middle East & India Infrastructure team for incidents, problems and IT service continuity related to Network & Data Centre services.
• Provides regular high availability and KPI reports to management
• Documents operational activities and shares knowledge by mentoring in team.
• Supports transition of new services by defining operation requirements
o Implementation of Virtualization (Windows 2012 Hyper-V Cluster)
o Network Migration
o Windows OS Migration & Office 365 Migration
• Identifies service improvements and owns relevant infrastructure services actions within the Infrastructure Services Improvement Plan.
o Server Room Re-improvements; Audit, Plan & Implement
o Active Directory security audit
o Network & storage capacity audit and recommendations
• MPLS network: High availability, capacity and utilisation. Manage incidents, problems & work on change management. Provide solutions.
• IT Asset Management- Manage and maintain all server, storage, backup, network hardware/software IT assets across all Eastern Region offices.
• Do annual budgeting, risk assessment, capacity planning. Also do server support and network contract renewals and hardware replacement.
• Cloud Computing (Windows Azure)
• Implementation of IT policies and procedures for the daily functions by coordinating with team members and IT helpdesk.

• New office setup : Design Network & Server room, procure & setup IT infrastructure which includes Network equipment’s, servers, desktops, printers, access control, security camera, video conferencing system, telephone system, Internet Lease line, etc. Also includes building servers, desktops, router configuration for internet lease line, EPBAX setup, software installation, etc
• Network Management - High availability of LAN/WAN, troubleshoot problem. Capacity and utilisation. Provide solutions.
• Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes
