Day to day Responsibilities
• Act as the Product Owner for requirements of cross-functional Business users, controlling, communicating and managing (Priorities, slippages, Work breakdown, Timelines, efforts) of the Work backlog items.

• 15 member Full stack development team includes DBA, Devops engineer, Scrum master, Testers, Business analyst, Software engineer reportee (4 to 12 years exp), Resource performance management, Deployment to mini/projects, Mentoring, training plans
• Coding, support, deployment, Infra commissioning, setting guidelines

• Develop, Controlled and managed L4 project plan. Rollup, update into L3 project plan
• Aligned Sponsors, stakeholders and team on plan, Maintained change requests, RAID logs
