Design conceptualization and master planning for a 40 acre Oberoi Hotel Group’s 5 star
Premium beach resort at Visakhapatnam. Role included directing the team and preparing design
drawings, 3d modeling, rendering and required documentation.
Master planning of CTRLs data centre campus in Kolkata and Hyderabad. These respective
sites were 10 and 40 acres in area.
Experience Centre and Prototype design conceptualization for CTRLs Campus for all National and International campuses. Preparation and coordination of design drawing, 3d modelling,
rendering and construction drawing sets made that could be replicated in any of their sites.
Managed of a team of 4 architect involved from planning, 3d modeling, construction
drawings, documentation, negotiations and coordination with all stakeholders including
the clients.
Executed six high end residences with a total area of 1, 20, 000 sqft in architecture and
interior design. A modern fully automated textile factory over 60, 000 sqft. Also, three
commercial projects over 1, 20, 000 sqft.
Managed a team of 6 in preparing design drawings, 3d modeling, construction drawings and documents for high density housing project. Also coordinated designs
with other MEP stakeholders.
A total project area of 14, 00, 000 sqft that was planned in 3 phases of construction. This development was being done in aluminum form work to reduce cost and time ofconstruction.

Conceptualized design and detailed Residential and Institutional projects over total area of 1, 50, 000 sqft. My role was in design, coordination and maintaining projectsschedules with all stakeholders. Client : BBCL, Jains Group of Institutions
My role was to support my associate architect at various stages in different projects. It entailed making design drawings, construction drawings, 3d Modeling and client presentations. I worked on various typologies at different scales over 5, 00, 000 sqft of
total area.
