Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions and to monitor compliance with Method statement, Quality and Safety regulations. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, obtain permits, Manage and mitigate risks. Construction and commissioning of all structural elements of the power plant such as Rain water pits, Oil separator, Pump House, MV/LV Transformer rooms and HV transformer fire walls.

Ensure construction quality standards and to prepare all the required reports from initiating to closing of the inspections. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitation. Experienced in managing building projects, and understanding of building projects requirements, codes and regulations, etc. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Prepare the Progressive monthly invoice.
Develop Project objective by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
