Ensuring the quality of work on-site as per municipality guidelines.
Preparing overall cost estimation of the project.
preparing daily work schedule, which covers the manpower and the material cost.
ensure good communication with the clients and any changes suggested by client on-site is executed by taking approval by the consultancy
Maintaining the documents and on-time submitting them with respected authority.
Handover the project within the contracted period
Preparing the bill of quantities for the project and finalised with the client. Update all the documents on time to time with respect to the Fujairah municipality.
Preparing the BBS and implementing the specification on site. Supervision/execution, checking and assuring the project is as per the contracted guidelines. Ensure the workflow according to the work schedule to deliver the project within the stipulated period.
Preparation of lesson plan and time of schedule to complete the syllabus within the stipulated time.
Deliver lectures and facilitate classroom discussion on analysis, critical theory.
Conducting lab and demonstrating the experiment
Monitored student progress and provided appropriate feedback. Participated in campus meetings and professional committee. Provided support in research activities and documented findings. Encouraged students to achieve their academic goals. Keep thorough records of student scores and attendance.
The project belongs to the government body such as KARNATAKA POWER CORPORATION LIMITED, INDIA (KPCL). My roles are as follows:-
preparation of measurement sheets and assists in quantity take-off tenders as per the specialization.
prepare reports and present it to the respected authority. Test soils and the materials to determine the adequacy and strength of RCC structures.
Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site. Prepare checklist for all the structural component to verify same on the ground level. preparing the bill of quantity and apply to get sanction the budget for the work done. Manage relationship with the clients and stakeholders.
The academic project title is "Forecasting the ambient air quality of N-S Bengaluru city". and also published a journal paper published such as "Forecasting of ambient air quality for victoria hospital area, Bengaluru. IJMTER volume 4, Issue 6; June 2017.
