As a Project control Manager I have performed the following duties;
Project Progress Monitoring and Controlling, Project Schedule Monitoring, Project Budget Monitoring and Cost Controlling. Subcontract Management, Material Management and Major Procurement Works, Variation Proposal works, Additional Works Claim, BoQ Preparation, Monthly Invoice Preparation, Subcontractor invoice verification, Coordination works and Tender works

To review BoQ and to co-ordinate
With team mates also responsible for quality control over Bill.
• Quantity Take Off and Bill of Quantities preparation for
Infrastructure, Industrial, Commercial, Residential projects.
• Quantity Take Off for structural, architectural, external and facade
Works using various standard method of measurement according
to Requirement.
Worked for Leighton Contracting Qatar, under deputation for
“Al-Shaqab Equestrian Centre” Project.
• Work with Leighton in the Middle East for 2.5 years.
Works Involved
* Finding “Head Contract Variation” spot check and preparation of
Data sheet and Variation-BoQ
* Checking work done by subcontractor at site and verifying their
interim claims.
* Subcontractor Administration, Preparation of progress and final
claims / payment certificate against sub-contractor Invoice.
Assisted Senior-QS in Supplier / subcontractor final account
settlement
