Coordinating and monitoring all Health, Safety and Environment activities to ensure agreed Safety and loss prevention standards are fully implemented and properly followed.
Acting as the Client Representative on HSE Coordinating and monitoring all Occupational Health, Safety and Environment activities to ensure agreed Safety and loss prevention standards are fully implemented and properly followed.
HSE matters for coordinating and conducting/undertaking daily/weekly HSE inspections ensuring follow-up and rectification of detected irregularities.

Responsibility:
Develop and maintain appropriate HSE programmers detailing how they intend to manage HSE on the site in line with the requirement of the general condition of the construction contract, DM CCSP&ER & UAE Federal Health, Safety & Environmental Law, and Ministerial Orders.
•Ensure that their personnel and those of the Contractor/Subcontractors on-site adhere to the HSE Regulations of their projects at all the times and play a proactive role in reporting and eliminating hazards on site.
•Ensure that the project site office is equipped with sufficient and suitable welfare, firefighting & first aid Facilities necessary to verify a Healthy and safe working Environment for all employees/staff working on their projects.
•Carry out scheduled and unscheduled HSE audits and inspections and reports to the project management team on any identified non- conformances for necessary action.
Developing and managing HSE audits process, establishing / updating/maintaining policies, standards, procedures, and aspirations to prevent harm to the people, Environment, and assets, maintaining OSHAS records.

•Continuously monitor the HSE performance of the contractors and periodically appraise its effectiveness and simultaneously making sure that any HSE non-conformances are rectified in a timely manner and appropriate proactive controls are maintained in place at all times.

•Water: Analysis of water and wastewater of various pollution parameters like pH, TSS, TDS, COD, BOD, Oil & Grease, Hardness, Sulphates, Chlorides, and other specific parameters etc.
•Air: Stack Monitoring: Monitoring gaseous pollutants in emissions from stationary sources such as Boilers Chimneys, Process outlets, Scrubber outlets. The physical parameter such as exit Velocity, Temp. & Flow of air emissions, total particulate matter using ISO-kinetic sampling technique. Analysis of gaseous contaminants like SO2, SO3, NOX, Cl2, HCl, NH3.
•Ambient Monitoring: Monitoring the enclosed environment, Monitoring of fugitive emissions. Determination of gaseous pollution level, Suspended Particulate Matter.
•Noise: Field Studies and Surveys: Measurement and evaluation of meteorological data Temperature, Humidity, Wind Direction and Speed, Rainfall, Dust fall. Estimation of Dispersion of gaseous releasing using Gaussions model. Pollution load assessment at the factory site,
