Key Responsibilities:
• Lead in developing baseline schedule for all the brown/green field projects with key milestones
• Collaborate with all project stake holders on technical and budget aspects to achieve targets, review weekly
• Lead A&E consultants to develop master plan design for brown/green field projects
• BOQ review, RFP, Tendering, Techno-commercial meetings and participate in tender negotiation meetings
• Lead and Review GFCs drawings deliverables for Architectural/structural/MEP/Line services
• Lead design to develop 3D model for all projects incorporating Architectural/structural/MEP/Line services.
• Identify and develop new vendors for A&E, PMC and Vendors/Contractors
• Participate in preparation of RFA, budget and presentation to SLT for new/ upcoming projects
• A&E and PMC services on-boarding, Kick-off Meetings, Project Target setting
Coordination:
• Coordinate with contractors, PMC team and project managers for timely execution of works, technical inputs, site decisions, material procurement and Monitoring on daily activities.
• Conduct frequent site visits for project progress monitoring, technical deviations, quality and budgeted costs.
• Conduct interviews for PMC team, A&E team for right resources at project, also SCOT and GET candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Develop Integrated Master Schedule centrally for all the projects undertaken by division.
• Lead implementation of digital initiative MSP Online with Power BI Dashboards for reporting
• 6 nos. of planning engineers reporting for Planning, Coordination, Execution and day to day progress monitoring
• Prepare and review revised / recovery schedule, Cost Loading in schedule and Cash flow S-Curves
• Review and approve project detail schedule, sub-contractors Schedule, Extension of Time (EOT) Claims
• Review progress reports Daily/Weekly/Monthly, KPIs, look ahead schedules and MIS dashboard
• Conduct weekly review for procurement, material approval and monitor delivery of long lead items
• 4D simulation model using Naviswork and BIM 360 docs, Establish Cost Control System from Budget & BOQ
• Tender Event Schedule for tracking multi tendering packages for every project centrally
• Develop comprehensive list of Statutory Approvals (Pre, During and Post Construction Phase)
• Participate in developing 5year business plan for division aligning with overall strategy set at company level
Coordination:
• Execute and supervise Mysuru Nicotine Plant (ISO Class 8 Clean Rooms) and Crescent Bay projects as Lead
• Coordinate and lead A&E consultants to develop master plan layouts for Green field projects
• BOQ review, RFP, Tendering, Tender Bid Analysis and participate in tender negotiation meetings
• Review GFC drawings for Architectural/structural/MEP and attend design coordination workshop
• Trained ISO Auditor for SOP compliance, Quality and Risk and Successfully trained 30+ managers for MSP Online

Project Planning:
• Lead setting up and implementation of Primavera P6 planning tool at the organisational level
• Prepare & submit pre-tender programs, Manpower histograms, P&M for tender biddings
• Preparation of Contract Program (Clause 14.1), its submission & approval, monitoring & tracking
• Analyse cash flow from BOQ line items, cost loading in schedule and generating Cost-Curves
• Review and Develop manpower requirement as per JCA, Schedule loading and producing Manpower Histograms
• Develop and track RFIs, GFCs, Method statement and material submittal, approval and delivery
• Lead one of the building as Project Manager and demonstrated successful delivery and site execution capability
• Prepare & Submit MOMs, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports and look ahead schedules
• Conducted training with hands-on for 15+ managers in primavera P6 (for Main contractor GOCG)
Claims:
• Review and draft list of obligations of various parties involved in the project for contractual claims
• Develop and submit complete list of claims and events impacting the project schedule for EOT
• Coordinated and achieved on time bills submission, approval & payments and variation orders claims from consultant ZFP, Main contractor GOCG and client KKU, Abha
• Develop and implement document Control System for project as per contractual obligations
Monitoring and Controlling:
• Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress reports, generating KPI and MIS reports
• Responsible for achieving Look Ahead Program and target program based on actual progress at site
• Tracking & Monitoring Manpower and Cash flow on monthly basis
• Producing various monitoring sheets at site for Drawings, Material, Method Statement and RFI’s

Project 2- King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah, KSA (Multi Level Parking Structure, SAR 300 Millions)
Program:
•Submission & approval of Base Line CL.14 Program & Tender level programs using primavera P3, P5 and P6
•Evaluate cash flow from BOQ, cost estimate for each activity, loading in program and producing S-Curves
•Review manpower requirement based on JCA, loading it in program and producing Manpower Histograms
•Prepare and submit financial EOT claims and working Program
Monitoring and Controlling:
•Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress reports, generating KPI and MIS reports
•Responsible for achieving Look Ahead Program and target program based on actual progress at site
•Tracking & Monitoring Manpower and Cash flow on monthly basis
•Producing various monitoring sheets at site for Drawings, Material, Method Statement and RFI’s
•Identifying the Delaying Events, Generating EOT Programs of each Event by Impacting on Baseline and Updated Program
