Managing a team of over 50 plus employees, and supervise the warehouse team for the daily activities. Working with supervisors to improve staff performance.
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Planning and managing the shift operations for Warehouse function and sales center in order to ensure the effective usage of resources as and when required.
Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible.
Looking after the transportation of goods into and out of the warehouse.
Keeping a stock (INVENTORY) control system up-to-date and planning future capacity requirements.
Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts; enter relevant data in reports as needed.
Complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards, Developing and implementing SOPs for the warehouse. Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Handles Inbound, Outbound shipments & Inventory.
Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demands without delay.
Receiving inbound against invoices and BOE, after checking update in the system (SAP & SONIC) as well stocking in the particular location against labels.
Coordinates the import and exports as well arranging transport for shipments and Streamlines shipping and transportation processes.
Shipping outbound based on customer requirements against system generated ticket / memo using system (SAP & SONIC). To meet AOG & CRITICAL orders.
Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.

Preparing INVOICES, SHIPPING Documents, SHIPPER’S LETTER OF INSTRUCTION, and DELIVERY ADVICE & entering AIR WAY BILLS number in the system.
Communicate & attend calls from the customer needs & queries with regards to their ORDER, shipment & advice or inform SHIPPING DETAILS
Prepare and send necessary documents, consequently coordinates with COURIER or FREIGHT FORWARDING AGENCY and inform them for the timely collection and providing shipping details once executed.
Report all critical proceedings to my supervisor for necessary actions.
Perform executive roles i.e., by calling our head office and coordinates for status of CUSTOMER ORDER, SHIPPING mode. Some case, request their approval / authorization for the shipping mode and charges.
Maintain the warehouse safety, looking forward calibration and temperature of warehouse and reporting to manager, as a SAFETY FIRE FIGHTER in ware house from 2014. To take care about safety of warehouse and frequently checking gas in cylinders and also looking about safety of warehouse.
Reporting to manger directly about to full fill the safety requirements and also maintain the temperature controls to control the temperature to secure the warehouse
Supporting Aramex Logistics and E-commerce operation for clients (Group on, souq, sukar)
Warehouse stock updating, inventory management, coordination
Invoice raising to customers and payment follow ups
Daily inbound, outbound and shipment operations
Airway bill and pick list preparation for each shipment
The job primarily involves liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments
Must ensure that quality assurance checks are completed and maintained.
Dealing with Dubai customs and boarder clearing agents for smooth movement of shipments
Especially responsible for monitoring deliveries.
Shipment tracking and update the status to customers as per their request.
Front end coordination with customers for enquirers
Follow up the complaints of customers regarding undelivered documents and make a proper solution to certain problems
