Working as a Planning Engineer in an EPC project in West Kuwait Area. (New GC-16-Civil Works in West Kuwait Area Project). Project includes the construction of buildings like Substation, Control Building, Laboratory Building, etc., Pipe Racks, Equipment Foundations and Road Works. Involved in making recovery baseline schedule, weekly & monthly progress report, Invoicing, tracking project progress in a daily basis. Experience in conduction meetings with client. Got good knowledge about the civil activities. Assigning qualified work force to the specific construction within the specific time period according to the standard production norms. Making Micro Plan for the specific work and setting targets to the concerned site engineers for the completion of work. Identifying the important & long lead items from the drawing and informing the procurement department to avoid delays.
Worked as a Planning Engineer in EPC Projects like (Bulk Handling Facilities for Production Chemicals in SEK, WK & NK Areas) and (Crude Oil Export Line, Incoming Group Production Feeders and Pipelines to New GC-16 and New Effluent Water Line to MWIP Area (WK). Experience in making Baseline Work Schedule and Recovery Programme for the EPC Projects. Tracking procurement of critical materials. Making plans to expedite the material delivery according to the Project requirement. Meetings were conducted with vendors for the material and delivery procedures. Having good communication skills with the client personals.Weekly meetings were conducted with Client for discussing Project Progress.Experience in making Level-4 Work Schedule Program in P6 for EPC Projects.
Worked as a Planning Engineer in a Crude Oil Tank Maintenance Project in KOC. Good exposure to Crude Oil Tank Design & Construction Procedures. Making Work schedules using Primavera-6 and MS Office. Got experience in making Baseline Schedules for work orders. Project Invoicing & Monthly Report submission to the Client KOC. Co-Coordinating QA/QC Inspection from client side. Good knowledge about NACE Level-1 Inspection procedures.
