Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with
organization policies and standards.
Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions
and agreements & gain comprehensive knowledge of assigned properties on vacancies, major and
small tenancy tenants and lease expirations.
Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service & draft
proposals, lease offers and documents on incoming and current tenancies.
Use social media to enhance exposure, develop client loyalty and improve brand awareness &
responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.
Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the
department & monitors trends for competition in the marketplace.
Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service & draft

Conduct survey of the property market to obtain information on competing lease rates and other
trends that occupancy/rent & Present marketing letters and documents to potential tenants and meet
tenants to encounter leasing relations, document to effectuate execution of leasing contract
Oversee the rental/leasing activities for the Group owned properties & Establishes rental rate by
surveying local rental rates. Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current
tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units. Contracts with tenants by
negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
Oversee the preparation of lease / rental contract, as per the negotiated terms and conditions, its
signing and other necessary tasks to complete the contract before submitting to the customer for
signature.
Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy;
inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping
and snow removal services
Coordinate with the procurement officer on the purchase of furniture, fixtures and other items, as
defined in the lease agreement; expedite with the supplier regarding delivery of furniture and
equipment.
Secures property by contracting with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security
devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to
emergencies. Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
Oversee the search, negotiations and administration for the Group’s requirements of additional office
space, commercial properties, villas and accommodations in a timely manner and acceptable to the
required party.
Liaise with the property owners/landlord on the property requirements of the group. Conduct
inspections of the property in question, obtaining all relevant details and information for later
communication to the requesting party.
Correspond and coordinate with the landlord for any issues concerning lease, negotiation,
maintenance and rent. Oversee the handover and takeover process of the apartments with the landlord
and employees, process the renewal or termination of the lease, based on the requirements of the
requesting parties.
Oversee the timely monitoring, follow up and receipt for all collections, receivables and deposits
from Tenants. Forward to the legal team, any delayed and unresolved collections and receivables for
legal actions.
Oversee the utilities invoices for the both group owned and rented properties, ensuring timely
communication to tenants and the timely payment for group rented properties. Ensure that the
kahrama bills for the rented properties, for which tenants are responsible, are forwarded to the
respective tenants for timely payments. Settle kahrama issues in the group rented properties including
payment and withdrawal and deposit
Managing compound activities for x90 Villas x137 apartments and 30 staff
Drafting work schedules (for maintenance work)
Dealing face to face or via telephone with tenants and public
Calculate staff salary cards
Receiving calls and emails in order to resolve issues for tenants and staff
Staff recruitment, retention and if necessary, termination of contracts
Negotiate material purchase for delivery and/or collection
Auditing material stock to ensure appropriate supplies are readily available
Liaison with management via email or letter to assure our administrative processes run smoothly
Regular staff meetings to agree overtime and to assist in resolving any issues

Manage and administration to x60 teaching staff, x80 non-teaching staff and 300 students
Maintain and monitor teaching and non-teaching staff attendance register (Punching system)
Draft college letters as per the advice of principal
Manage and instruct to ensure the smooth function of the office
Recruitment of non-teaching staffs - technical, nurse, maintenance and office staff
Collation of request forms and purchase of dental materials
Regular participation of the Admissions process for students
Organize and conduct cultural programmers and dental workshops
Manage the exam duties process to include travel bookings, transport requests, accommodation
preparation, etc, for external examiners
Instruct on the maintenance of the library management which included collecting and
maintaining journals and books
Assist with purchase quotation and negotiation & Managing payment section
Maintaining filing system and directing store management
Liaison with public, patients and government bodies and organizing dental camps
Ensure maintenance programme and resolving all technical issues
