* Assist Facilities & Operations Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational
activities.
* Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
* Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
* Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems

* Coordinate the activities of staff members by effectively and efficiently handling scheduling and work assignment
duties.
* Coordinate the intricate logistical details of projects to ensure on-time project delivery
* Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, IT,
Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions.
* Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
* Coordinating and assisting Personnel Department to maintain all employees’ records and any other documents
related to operations at sites such as valid medical and food handler’s certificates, essential safety food training,
firefighting certificates and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) of employees and sites facilities.
* To plan and approve annual leave for your employees and movement including relievers without effecting sites
operations.
* Coordinate with Health, Safety and Environment Department for developing NCSF Manual and implementing
Standard Operating Procedures and each form.
* To ensure all projects documentations are up to date such as; daily time sheet, duty roster and staff movement.
* Provide recommendations for disciplinary actions including reprimanding, suspension and termination.
* Oversee inventory of supplies and equipment and make sure that any low stock levels are immediately
communicated to procurement managers.
* Coordinate project launches, meetings and seminars by ensuring that all logistics are managed properly.
* Keep a master calendar of schedules and vacations.
* Provides transport requirements to transport officer and ensure mobilization.
* Liaises with storekeepers to ensure PPE supply levels and daily supply.
* Arranges employee training certifications as and when required for required accounts.
* Investigates daily attendance against client attendance records.
* Maintains daily attendance by closely liaising with all timekeepers.
* Completes site visits as required and reports findings to Operations.
