Civil/Structural Engineer at SABIC JUBAIL MAIN BUILDING in Jubail, KSA
• The project consists of Phase 1 of the planned commercial main building for the client SABIC in Jubail, Saudi Arabia with project value $2.2 billion. (Office tower - 22 storeys plus 4 podium and Office block 14 and 12 storey buildings with 4 podium)
• Phase 2 of the development consists of offices, car parking, an auditorium, an IT data centre and a sports facility.
• The primary structure of the office buildings mainly consists of steel diagrid frames and reinforced concrete cores. The main office floorplate structures consist of composite beams and slabs.
• The foundations for the office buildings consist of piles, pile caps and rafts. Piles and pile caps generally support isolated columns while piled rafts support the cores and adjacent columns. Ground floor slabs will consist of suspended flat slabs spanning between pile caps as well as rafts.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Main design consultant TT (Thornton Tomasetti) has designed the shell and core of the whole project. The other items such as façade and other steel structural connects are designed and checked and produced to the supervision team to get the approval.
• Review the structural design received from the design sub consultants to produce the details of the structural items.
• Prepare the structural shop drawings, structural material submittals with a team of 4 engineers and draftsman to submit the submittals for approval with the supervision team.
• Reviewing the prepared steel structure and RCC shop drawings, technical submittals, coordinating with subcontractors, and other disciplines of engineering.
• Structural site inspections/assessments and giving the comments as per the project requirements.
• Preparing the structural design report for the structural designed items.
• To ensure delivery of designed project to the required quality, time, and budget.
• The design of RCC, steel and composite structures, utilized the followings software’s such as ETABS, SAFE, ROBOT Structural Analysis, PROKON and StaadPro.
• Liaising with all the stake holders of the project.

Civil/Structural Engineer at KINGS COLLEGE HOSPITAL LONDON in Jeddah, KSA
• With a budget of US $250mn the project consists of Main hospital building and car park building for the client KCH in Jeddah, KSA.
• Main hospital building - 6 storey building with double storey height ground and first floor.
• Car park building - 5 storey building with ramp floors.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Involved in projects both residential apartments, villas to commercial buildings from the concept and detail of the design through implementation, analyzing and design.
• Reviewing steel structure and RCC shop drawings, coordinating with client, subcontractors, and other disciplines of engineering. like MEP and Arch for smooth workflow.
• Management of multiple projects for scope of engineering services ranging from recommendation letters to design and documentation and installation of structure.
• Structural site inspections/assessments and giving the comments as per the project requirements.
• Liaising with all the stake holders of the project.
• To ensure delivery of designed project to the required quality, time and budget.
• During the design of RCC, steel and composite structures, utilized the followings software’s such as ETABS, SAFE, ROBOT Structural Analysis, PROKON and StaadPro.
• Preparing the structural design report for the project and it is to submit to the assigned authorities.

Civil/Structural Engineer at BALADNA PHASE 2 in Doha, Qatar.
• The Phase 2 of Qatar animal husbandry organization has established a mega farm covering build - up area of 447, 321 m2 with the capacity of 14, 000 cows.
• The project consists of 3 X 80 stall rotary parlors with full sort capability, various barns (R6 - CHB43), milking factory and plastic factor
• Structural Modeling, design and preparing calculation reports of various barns (R6 - CHB43), milking parlors (P1, P2 & P3) and most of the buildings in BALADNA PHASE 1 & 2 for 14000 milking cows.

• With a budget of US $1.2bn on Phase 1 alone, the Mall is spread over a building area of 500, 000m² retail and leisure complex over three levels, with 500 shops, 100 F&B units.

• The project consists of classic residential palaces with separate majlis buildings and mosque. The project is spread over 130 Hectares with terraced plantings and water features. The property features 417 hotel rooms, 163 residences, 4 swimming pools, including the largest pool in South Beach, a spa and fitness center, a private beach and a variety of entertainment and dining experiences including a farm-to-table restaurant.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Reviewing the prepared steel structure and RCC shop drawings, technical submittals, coordinating with subcontractors, and other disciplines of engineering.
• Structural site inspections/assessments and giving the comments as per the project requirements.
• Design of RCC, steel and composite structures, working on structural software ETABS, SAFE, ROBOT Structural Analysis, PROKON and Staad.Pro.
• Preparing the calculation sheets for the review by the certified consultants in Qatar.
• Managing the calculations of loads on foundation systems, roofs, floors, basement walls, footings, beams and columns. And preparation of structural detail drawings.
• Selected and managed framing and foundation layouts and options to meet architectural and code requirements.
• Creating the computer models utilizing FEA, 3d and 2d analysis.
