Execution and supervision of various services, Electrical, firefighting & detection s, HAVC, plumbing, elevators, BMS, CCTV, FAS, Access control system.
•Coordinate with vendors to achieve the target in the prescribed time period and to arrange the project review meeting.

•Tendering & Revision of BOQ as per project requirement.Coordinating with consultants and checking the drawings as per required changes as per our requirement and engineering standard to reach atoptimal design in terms of quality and cost..
•Checking the bills submitted by contractors and forwarded it to the accounts department for payment..
•Manages day to day operational aspects of the project scope..
•Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates andutilization.
•Carrying out tasks such as trouble shooting of electrical equipment like motor and control panels.
•Efficiently maintaining and monitoring Nance of LV equipment, fire alarm and smoke detectors & electronic safety devices, motor vibrations and measurement of winding temperature, checking winding resistance and maintaining battery in ups battery bank.
•Involved in maintenance of fire alarm panel in substation, installation and alignment of electrical panels,
•Music fountain installation & maintenance
•Driving efforts across managing and maintaining plant light, performing regular periodic inspection of lead acid battery, specific gravity checking, checking of cells voltage, total voltage and temperature checking in electrical automation project contractors’ guide.
•Dexterous at installation and commissioning instrument, making earth pit and ensured testing by earth tester.
•Adhered to the various quality measures and functioning as an instrumental member for implementation of quality assurance methods.
•Drove the efforts across assessing standards and their implementation including risk,
•CMMS COMPUTER MAINTAINENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
•Will be responsible for executing, tendering, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems for the Mall or commercial premises.
• Installation, testing commissioning LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc
• Will be responsible for execution of Electrical and HVAC systems - Ducting / Insulation.
•Co-ordination and liaising with Architects, Consultants, PMC, Contractors and Engineers.
Responsible for the installation of electrical systems like switchgears, transformers, package substation, ATS panels, LV switchgears, generators (11kV and 415V) 2500KVA, 1500 KVA, rectifier .1500 KVA ups.− Operation and maintenance of all electrical systems especially switchgears and reviewing the schematic diagrams of 11kV switchgears, generators and supporting technicians in troubleshooting.− Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc, required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.− Coordinates with the client/consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.− Targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site− Submits site daily reports, material submittals, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.− Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager
