Scope identification and requirements gathering via meetings, interviews, interface analysis, etc.
Design analysis, pre- and post-installation reviews.
Provide advanced technical and business consultative services during the pre-sales and post-sales cycle.
Application Solution design, flow chart & Use case preparation documentation.
Support Project Managers and Program Managers in the design and development of the technical content
defined in the documentation work.
