Managed the Airline’s official digital platforms namely Facebook, Twitter,
and emirates.com. Performance was measured based on revenue
generated and issues resolved to ensure client experience was managed in
line with company standards without compromising the integrity of the
brand.

online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and chat software. Annually achieved revenue between AED 1-2 million

The primary role being to provide information to clients concerning local, interstate and international tours, travel routes, accommodation, local customs, fares, and travel regulations. Occasionally
discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options

At the undergraduate level, I majored in Marketing from SBMJC – Center for Management Studies. My major included subjects such as brand management, STP, promotion strategies, international business, business economics and marketing management. This curriculum helped me learn essential skills in marketing and creating brand awareness.
