workflows); Leave Management System (leave applications, approvals, balances and tracking); Employee
Records Management (service history, personal data, and official documentation); and Promotions &
Postings System (grade progression, transfer workflows and posting orders). MMIS — Managed covering end-to-end
procurement, inventory control, supply chain workflows, and material tracking across Indian Railways
depots and divisions nationwide — ensuring real-time visibility of stock, purchase orders, and vendor
