We have integrated MS CRM 4.0 with harbar and SharePoint server to integration account and opportunity information
Responsibilities:
•Customization/creation of Microsoft CRM entities.
•Create Plugins & workflows.
•Create ISV button to re-open closed activities.
Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements, create demonstration to provide POCs.
•Prepare SOW documents, provide efforts estimation and cost to the business users/clients
•Provide inputs and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365(CRM) OOB features and capabilities to the business users/clients.
•Setup dynamics CRM environment (installation/configuration).
•Perform requirement gathering, business process analysis and provide solutions architecture and implementation (entity customizations, plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, business rules, business process, SSIS Packages, SSRS, windows services, task schedulers etc.)
Authority is government-owned free zone and providing licensing, leasing, government services, facility management, ICT services and planning and design facilities to the clients using dynamics CRM. Dynamics CRM environment is enriched with fully custom modules along with custom development/code.
Client is one of the largest bank in Dubai. Client is using MS CRM 3.0 to manage their existing/new customers. Bank tracks their new leads and provides services to existing customers using MS CRM 3.0. Existing CRM 3.0 is highly customized system where bank is using sales, marketing and service module as well as customer 360 and CTI integration. Client’s goal to migrate CRM 3.0 to CRM 2011 with existing customization and new enhancements based on the OOB features in MS CRM 2011.
A+E Networks is an award-winning global media company offering consumers a diverse communications environment ranging from television networks to websites, to home videos/DVDs to gaming and educational software. We have implemented MS CRM 2011 for A&E to improve their sales process and managing their customer with efficiency.

The current technology used by e5 business units is dependent on several manual procedures and external systems, all managed and interfaced with several automatic and manual processes. E5 currently uses Nielsen Systems infrastructure to support their financial and business operations, but it needs to setup its one technological environment by 2011. The overall goal of this project is to provide a unified order entry System through MS-CRM for DynamicsADvantage, and standardize the Billing and AR processing and reporting functions, implement a commission data reporting process, and provide an automated and integrated revenue recognition and forecasting process for e5.
the standard MS CRM functionality has several limitations, it is necessary that custom support contract management functionality has to be developed.
Some necessary functionality:-
A status of the support contract is required:
Invoiced: the support contract is signed and invoiced. As from this moment, the support contract is active. Suspended (not paid): the support contract becomes inactive when the support contract invoice is not paid in a given period of time. A workflow should change the status of the support contract automatically if the invoice is not paid in ## days.
This project is used to keep the records of students. There are many modules in this project like Login, change Password, Enquiry, Admission form etc. This is a complete student tracing system.
