Supervise the PR activities like employment visa application, travel insurance and other employee related activities with, Labor Dept. & Immigration.
Payroll & salary administration in coordination with Management/ Finance in order to release monthly salary payments to bank accounts.
Support the HR Head in handling staff grievance & disciplinary issues leading to efficient & satisfactory resolution of the same in line with HR policies and undertake suitable measures to aid retention
Organize Training for employees as per directions from HR head in line with the monthly & yearly training plan
Manpower planning and budgeting. (Analyzing current manpower source, employee utilization, forecasting demand, developing manpower plan).
Recruitment or Selection. (Manpower requisition, Sourcing resumes, Interview call, Arrangements for interviews, Scheduling interview FIFO).
Joining formalities
Staff Induction. (Buddy programme, Company history) etc.
Attendance and Leave management.
Wage and Salary administration.
Performance management system.
Training and development (Training budget, training assessment, training design, training implementation, training evaluation).
Employee retention, Exit formalities.

Conducting research, gathering data and statistical reports.
