Highlight: Performed a full spectrum of accounting functions of Lootah Investment Group contains more than 25 real estate properties which are located in various emirates includes residential and commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision of Data Entry, Ledgers, Trial Balance and finalization of books of accounts.
• Perform Lease Administration, Lease review, System and Tenant update.
• Assist operations management with property administration and other requirements
• Finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual books of accounts & Consolidation of Group Accounts.
• Liaison with Internal and Statutory Auditors.
• Implementation of internal auditor’s recommendations and strengthen internal controls.
• Monitor Working capital position and liaison with group treasury team for working capital requirements.
• Review of Bank (BRS) & Sister Company Reconciliation.
• Liaison with Insurance Companies for the yearly insurance contract for Marine Insurance Policies, Fire Insurance Policies, Workmen Compensation, Medical Insurances etc.
• Managing team of Accountants for smooth & timely execution of various accounting processes.
• Preparation of monthly Cash flow reports, Budgets and Funds Management.
• Prepare revenue reconciliations to verify billing and general ledger agrees. This includes general ledger maintenance, cash management, fixed assets and property accounting.
Maintain Financial & Accounting functions and supervise a staff of Five Accounting Professionals. Lead many functional projects and initiatives with operational oversight for daily, monthly & annual operational accounting.

• Efficient and Effective Special reports to Management on Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables.
• Managing team of Accountants for smooth & timely execution of various accounting processes.
• Preparation of monthly MIS and Financial statements to the management.
• Finalization of Inventory, Reconciliation of Creditors & Debtors ledgers.
• Maintenance of Financial Accounts and Preparation of Project Cost Sheets and profitability analysis
