Responsible for the smooth running of the projects’ activities by ensuring that all the necessary resources are available and establishing and maintaining an accurate record of all effective document control systems.
Duties:
• Constantly update stakeholders on the progress of the program.
• Answer calls and manage the switchboard.
• Manage the reception and attend to stakeholder enquiries.

The courses included the following; -principles of Marketing -Commercial law -Marketing research -Marketing communications -Consumer behavior -Strategic Marketing management -Retail marketing...etc l successfully completed a project research on the service delivery of the hospitality industry and focused it on the Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel.
